Geraldine Monk’s poetry was first published in the 1970’s.  Her main collections include Noctivagations and Escafeld Hangings both published by West House Books. The Salt Companion to Geraldine Monk edited by Scott Thurston appeared in 2007 and in 2012 she edited the collective autobiography of  selected British poets, Cusp: Recollections of Poetry in Transition, Shearman Books.  In 2013 she was the recipient of a major award for poetry from Northern Writers’ Awards towards the completion of her next book Forgiving Mirrors.
